It is what most of the North American Deaf use to communicate.

ALWAYS look into their eyes while

you sign.

We want to be heard and understood and taken seriously.  Most of us will consider it rude if you don’t look into our eyes and listen.  If you look at other

things when we are signing, it is like you are not interested in

what we want to say.

on your ears.
