Work hour costs in normal conditions: Team leader: 20€ / hr Analyst/Developers/Testers: 10€/ hr
Work hour costs in case of overtime: Team leader: 40€ / hr Analyst/Developers/Testers: 20€ / hr
The necessary devices for this project are: sensors (Temperature, Humidity), cameras.
2 computers with internet connection.

OpenProj is a free tool for organising the project and establishing tasks for the team members. It helps a lot the team leader or the manager to successfully finish the project.
