TTEAPPOINTMENTS ON YOUR REQUESTSpecial treatments may already be booked out on some days or at certain times. We recommend that you make an appointment for treat-ments as early as possible. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTSBooked appointments, whether by telephone, in writing or in person, are binding. If you would like to cancel or postpone an appointment for personal reasons, please let us know up to 48 hours before the start of treatment so that we can cancel it free of charge. In the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPLICATIONPlease come to our spa reception unrushed and relaxed, a few minutes before each treatment. You will then be picked up by an employee.

DELAYSWe strive to start all treatments on time. Unfortunately, in the event of delays, it is not possible for us to extend the treatment beyond the agreed appointment. If you arrive after your booked time, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly.

JEWELRY AND VALUABLESPlease make sure that you come without jewellery and valuables.

OUR PUREWELLNESS TEAMWe have male and female employees in our team. All employees in the wellness department have a degree.

PRIVACY MOSTMost full-body treatments are to be enjoyed without clothing. You can change in privacy and undisturbed. During the treatments, all body parts that are not included in the treatment are covered.

ENJOY THE SILENCEThe entire spa is an oasis of calm. To ensure your and other guests‘ relaxation, we ask you to switch off your mobile phones and to refrain from using tablets or laptops.
