3rd Grade Class
Reading the Bible
We will meet at 9:45 on April 23 and April30th. We will gather in room 8N for the two session and there will be a
blessing of the Bibles in worship on May 14th-please come prepared to saywhich service you prefer to attend on May 14th.
BUT FIRST! We are asking parents to pick up the Bibles BEFORE the firstclass-they will be set up on a table under the Children, Youth and Familyboard in the fellowship hall and available starting Sunday, April 2nd. Wewould like you to take them home have highlight your favorite verse andwrite a note. Then we would like you to pass this around amongst family
and friends and ask them to highlight their favorite verse and write a note. This way your child will receive a Bible that already has love and faith
poured into it and they can find what parts of scripture speak to those thatthey love. We encourage you to keep this a surprise for your child and the
other third graders. Please bring the Bible to the first class.
