Youth: The world is full of examples of people who don’t love others. What are the results of hate that you see in the world? How will things change if we followed Jesus’ commandment? Adults: Jesus’ commandment to love another is a challenge. What will you do this week to deepen the love you have for those around you in life?
And a special thank you to their teachers David & Heather Workman and Leah Courville!

We focus in the coming months on the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy and begin with the Corporal Works. They are found in the teachings of Jesus and give us a model for how we should treat all others, as if they were Christ in disguise. They respond to the basic needs of humanity as we journey together through this life.
GIVE DRINK TO THE THIRSTY Many of our brothers and sisters in Christ do not have access to clean water and suffer from the lack of this basic necessity. We should support the efforts of those working towards greater accessibility of this essential resource. We take it for granted that we have access to clean
water. Donate to help build wells for water for those in need.
Make an effort not to waste water. Remembering to turn off the water faucet when you are brushing your teeth or washing dishes can help, especially in regions suffering from drought.
Collect bottled water to distribute at a shelter for families.
