We are a London based design studio creating hand drawn colourful illustrations printed as art prints, stationary, gifts and products for the home.

This year I have been very busy designing new art prints, canvases, posters, greeting cards, umbrellas, phone cases, pocket mirrors, tea towels and tote bags!

Payment terms• Opening order minimum of £100 and re-order minimum of £80 (excluding Vat and delivery.) Minimum order quantities per item are listed in the price list which is emailed on request.• Pro-forma for the first new customer order. Existing customers Net 30 terms. Please note late payment will incur a 10% late fee per month.

ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery• UK postage is £15 on all orders under £300 (£10 for greeting card only orders)• Carriage paid on all orders over £300• Customer to pay carriage on all international orders• Holly Francesca is not responsible for any carrier delays• Orders are dispatched from our studio in Kew, Richmond, any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer

Lead timesAfter placing your order, lead times will vary but will be stated within your confirmation email. If

you have a particularly tight deadline let us know.

Cancellations, Reductions and ReturnsWe ask that any cancellations, changes or reductions be made within 48 hours of ordering. After this point a restocking charge of up to 15% of the deducted order total will be incurred. If you receive any items incorrectly on our part please notify us within 6 days and please return the items in their original packaging, unopened within 5 days from reporting the error to us.

Environmental impactAll card stock used for our prints and cards is environmentally friendly fsc certified. Our products are made in England.

PressIf you intend to feature our items in an online or national press release please notify us in advance so we can be sure it does not conflict with any of our in-house press plans.

*All retailers must agree with the terms and conditions. Holly Francesca reserves the right to stop selling to any retailer who does not comply.
