Winter Survival Car Kit ChecklistAssemble the following items, then pack in a container. Keep the container inside the car so it’s accessible without having to go outside to retrieve it, or if the trunk gets frozen shut or jammed.
ese items should be kept in your vehicle during the winter months. Other things to bring on each trip include necessary medications and a cell phone with charger.
By paying attention to forecasts and road conditions before heading out, and postponing travel when weather is hazardous, you may never need your survival kit. But like a faithful friend, it’ll be there if you need it.
