No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut - Oatmeal BarsIngredients
1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup honey2 cups oats 1 cup coconut1-1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Melt peanut butter, then add honey-over low heat.Remove from heat, add oats, coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla.Stir until chocolate chips has melted. Put onto greased cake pan and refrigate to cool.

Blueberry Lemon Heaven Dessert - Serves 15-18Ingredients1 Angel Food Cake - cut into uniform pieces1 can blueberry pie filling (22 oz.)Lemon Pudding Mix (3.4 oz.)1 cup sour cream1 1/2 cups whole milkCool Whip (8 oz.)
Instructions
Layer 1 - Put on-half of Angel Food Cake uniform pieces into bottom of 9 x 12 cake pan
Layer 2 - Spoon 2/3 can blueberry pie filling over Angel Food pieces. Try to spread thinly
over all areas.
Layer 3 - Put balance of Angel Food Cake pieces over the top.
Mix lemon pudding mix, sour cream, and milk. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Layer 4 - Spoon and spread lemon mixture over all.
Layer 5 - Spread Cool Whip over all
Layer 6 - Spread remaining blueberry filling thinly in wisps over Cool Whip.
Cool in refrigerator overnight (or mininum 4 hours). Cut and Serve
