Types of reportsTypes of reports Data Report
Data Reports can be generated for each of our three main assessment tools. This brief, one-page report provides scale complete and most detailed scores in tabular format (the HPI data file contains subscale and occupation scale score). This report does not contain results in graphical or descriptive format, or a hiring recommendation. Only certified users can work with Data Reports.
Graph Report Graph Reports can be generated for each of our three main assessments. This report contains short explanation of scales and individual results in primary scales in a from of graph.
Career Builder The Career Builder Report uses HPI results to identify general job-related strengths and development needs, and provides detailed tips for development. In selection area it’s used as a typical feedback report.
Management Builder The Management Builder Report uses HPI results to (a) identify general job-related strengths and development needs and (b) highlight the most effective techniques for managing an employee. The Management Builder Report is especially useful during the new-hire’s on-boarding process. Please not that, if used for selection purposes, the Management Builder Report does not provide a hiring recommendation.
Career Compass The Career Compass Report uses MVPI results to outline the occupational significance of a person’s core values and provides descriptive information to facilitate career planning processes.
Potential Report – Leadership Forecast The Potential Report explores the day-to-day leadership style under normal conditions.
Challenge Report – Leadership Forecast The Challenge Report explores behaviors that can inhibit leadership effectiveness in times of stress novel or ambiguous situations, or heavy workloads.
Values Report – Leadership Forecast The Values Report explores the motives, values, and goals that indentify the best working environment for an individual. The Values Report also provides information regarding an individuals’ fit within their career, team, and organization, and can indicate the kind of environment the leader will create for his/her employees.
Team Report Comprehensive text report that defines strengths and shortcomings of an entire team, including possible risks and tips for development. The report is useful especially as an initial point for a team’s development plan. It can be utilizes also as one of the basis for selection in case that a client lays stress in candidate’s professional and personal qualities as well as on his compatibility with an entire team.
