RegulstionsService Applications Applications for new or additional telephone service should be made by writing, telephoning or calling in person at the local businessoffice. I{ you wish to have your telephonesel-vice discontinued or moved to another location, notify the local businessoffice as much in advance as possible. After the telephone service is installed at the location designated by the custorner, the customer agrees not to move or alter the instrument, wiring or protector apparatus. Property Rights The customer has no property rights in the telephone equipment or number. Directories are furnished to the customer by the'Telephone Cornpany as an aid to service and remain the property of the Telephone Company.
