reversed to the called station, provided the request is made when
the call is placed. No additional charge is made for this service

RegulstionsService Applications Applications for new or
additional telephone service should be made by writing, telephoning
or calling in person at the local businessoffice. I{ you wish to
have your telephonesel-vice discontinued or moved to another
location, notify the local businessoffice as much in advance as
possible. After the telephone service is installed at the location
designated by the custorner, the customer agrees not to move or
alter the instrument, wiring or protector apparatus. Attachments
I)o not buy unnecessaryattachments for your tetephone offered to
'improve' the service. Some are harmless but others Bills Bills for
local and long distance service are rendered once each month and
are due upon presentation. Exchange service is billed in advance
whereas long distance service is billed in arrears for the month
ending five (5) days prior to the date of tire bill. . Accounts
overdue are sutrject to suspension of service. A charge is made for
re-. connection when service is suspended for nonpayment. Property
Rights The customer has no property rights in the telephone
equipment or number. The telephone equiprnent and number remain the
property of the Telephone Company who reserves the right to make
any changes deemed necessary in th6 conduct of its business.
Directories. Directories are furnished to the customer by
the'Telephone Cornpany as an aid to service and remain the property
of the Telephone Company. The Telephone Company assumes no
liability whatever for darnages arising from errors or ornissionsin

directory. However, The Telephone Company will require a custorner
to establish satisfactory credit" A deposit guaranteeing payment of
