To regain the Wi-Fi connection, just repeat the procedure indicated in the How to Connect your LTE Modem info-kit. But this time, remember and notice the new Wi-Fi name of your LTE modem in the list of available connections. With this new Wi-Fi name, use your new Wi-Fi password (your new WPA-Pre-Shared Key) to reconnect your device to your LTE modem’s router. Now, your LTE modem is reconnected, fully operational, and secure.
10
Look at the WPA PSK text box showing the actual Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) Pre-Shared Key (PSK). This is your modem’s Wi-Fi password and serial number. Erase your current WPA Pre-Shared Key (Wi-Fi password). And, replace it with a new one of your choice. Note that your new WPA Pre-Shared Key (Wi-Fi password) must have at least 8 characters. Finally, click on Submit. In this example, the WPA PSK and Wi-Fi password is 012-1120622.

After having clicked on Radio1, the site will lead you to the Wireless Configuration Web page. On this Web page, scroll all the way down to find the SSID and the WPA PSK text boxes. The SSID text box contains the current Wi-Fi name of your modem. Erase your current modem’s SSID (Wi-Fi name). And, replace it with a new one of your choice. In this example, the SSID and Wi-Fi Name is 000F92FE01E1.
