Returned Goods Policy/Restocking Fee:All Product Return requests must be approved by the HMP Sales Representative. Upon approval, an HMP Customer Service

representative will issue a Return Authorization Number, or RGA number, for the returned product. This RGA number must

appear visibly on the outside of all shipping containers. Any returns without a valid RGA number on the outside container(s)

will not be accepted. All returned product(s) must be in the original packaging with no damage or defacement. Any product,

To Access

1. Grasp the head of the needlebetween your thumb and middlefinger, placing your index on top ofthe needle head.

2. Insert needle perpendicular tothe port.

3. Advance needle through theskin and the septum until it contacts the bottom of the reservoir.

To De-Access

1. Raise the safety handle upwardto a 90° angle.

2. Push the safety handle down-ward against the patient’s skin.

3. Grasp the head of the needlebetween your thumb and middlefinger, placing your index on top ofthe safety handle to hold in place.

Completing a Safe De-Access

1. Using your dominant hand,grasp the flexible wings and pullupward until the needle is com-pletely encapsulated in the safetyhandle.

Note: The safety handle allowsfor visual confirmation to ensure the needle is fully encapsulated and safe.

2. Flip the needle head towardsthe safety handle until it locksinto place.

3. Properly dispose in SharpsContainer.
