HKBN Broadband Mail Android Setup for POP3 User

Android 2.X

1. 開啟 Android 手機電子郵件程式

Run your email application

2. 請輸入你的「電子郵件地址」 並輸入你的「密碼」之後按「下一步」。

Enter your “Email Address” and your password. Then press "Next".

3. 選擇 "POP3" 帳戶。

Choose "POP3” account.

4. 在「使用者名稱」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地址」, 並輸入你的「密碼」。 在

「Pop3 伺服器」一欄填上「pop3.nwtbb.com」。 在「安全類型」選擇「不安全

(No SSL)」 之後按「下一步」。

Enter "Your Email Address" in "Username" and enter "pop3.nwtbb.com" in "pop3

server". Select “Non Secure (No SSL)” in “Security type” and then press "Next".

5. 在「SMTP 伺服器」一欄填上「smtp.nwtbb.com」。 在「安全類型」選擇「不安全

(No SSL)」 在「使用者名稱」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地址」,並輸入你的「密

碼」 。 之後按「下一步」。

Enter “pop3.nwtbb.com “in "SMTP server" and enter "your email address” in

"Username". Select “Non Secure (No SSL)” in “Security type”, and then press "Next".

6. 設定接收電子郵件的頻繁，如要在有新 Email 時收到通告，可剔取「當收到 Email

時通知我」。 (請注意數據用量)

Setup the email checking frequency, you may tick “Notify me when email arrives” if you

want the email notification. (mind the data service usage)

7. 在「給帳戶名稱」一欄輸入「NWTBB」。 在「您的名稱」一欄輸入您的名稱，此

名稱將會在送出的郵件中寄件者一欄出 現。然後按「完成」。

Enter “account name (NWTBB)” and "Your Name", then press "Done". This name will be

displayed as "Sender" in all outgoing mails.

Android 4.X

1. 開啟 Email 程式。

Run the Email application

2. 在「電子郵件地址」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地址」,並輸入你的「密碼」 。 然後

按「手動設定」. 。

Enter “your email address” in “email address“ and enter your “password”, then click

“Manual setup”

3. 按「POP3」。

Click “POP3”

4. 在「使用者名稱」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地址」,並輸入你的「密碼」 。 在

「POP3 伺服器」一欄輸入「pop3.nwtbb.com」，然後按「下一步」

Enter “your email address” and "your password". And enter “pop3.nwtbb.com” in

“POP3 server”, then click “next”

5. 在「SMTP 伺服器」一欄填上「smtp.nwtbb.com」。 在「通訊埠」一欄填上

「25」。 在「安全性類型」一欄選擇「無」。 剔取「必須登入」。

在「使用者名稱」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地址」, 並輸入你的「密碼」。

Enter “smtp.nwtbb.com” in “SMTP server”. Enter “25” in Port”.

Select “None” in “Security type”

Tick “Require sign-in”

Enter “Your email address” in “Username” and enter your "password" in "Password".

6. 設定接收電子郵件的頻繁，如要在有新 Email 時收到通告，可剔取「當收到 Email

時通知我」。 (請注意數據用量)

HKBN Broadband Mail IOS Setup for POP3 User

1. 在主畫面中開啟「設定」。

Tap “Settings” on the Home screen of your iOS device.

2. 選擇「電子郵件/聯絡資訊 /行事曆」。

Select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”

3. 按「加入帳戶」。

Click “Add Account…”

4. 選擇「其他」。

Select “Other”

5. 選擇「加入電子郵件帳號」。

Select “Add mail Account”.

6. 在「名稱」一欄輸入您的名稱，此名稱將會在送出的郵件中寄件者一欄出現。 在

「位址」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地址」, 並輸入你的「密碼」。 之後按「儲

存」。

Enter “Your name” in “Name”. Enter "Your Email Address" in "Address" and enter your

"password" in "Password". Then press "Save".

7. 在「名稱」一欄輸入您的名稱，此名稱將會在送出的郵件中寄件者一欄出現。 在

「位址」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地址」, 並輸入你的「密碼」。 在「主機名稱」

一欄填上「pop3.nwtbb.com」。 在「使用者名稱」一欄填上「您的電子郵件地

Enter “Your name” in “Name”. Enter "Your Email Address" in "Address". Enter

“pop3.nwtbb.com” in “Host Name”. Enter “Your email address” in “User Name” and

enter your "password" in "Password".

8. 在「主機名稱」一欄填上「smtp.nwtbb.com」。 在「使用者名稱」一欄填上「您

Enter “smtp.nwtbb.com” in “Host Name”.

HKBN Broadband Mail Windows Phone Setup for POP3 User

1. 開啟「設定」「信箱和帳號」> 「新增帳戶」。

Go to “Settings” “email & accounts” “add an account”

2. 選擇「進階設定」。

Select “advanced setup “

3. 輸入「你的電子郵件地址」和「密碼」,然後按「Internet email account」。

Enter “your email address” and “Password”, then click “Internet email account”

4. 在「帳戶名稱」一欄輸入「NWTBB」。 在「您的名稱」一欄輸入您的名稱，此名

稱將會在送出的郵件中寄件者一欄出 現。

在「接收郵件伺服器」一欄填上「pop3.nwtbb.com」。 在「使用者名稱」一欄填

上「您的電子郵件地址」, 並輸入你的「密碼」。 在「送出郵件伺服器」一欄填上

「smtp.nwtbb.com」。 剔取「送出郵件伺服器需要驗證」。 剔取「使用相同名稱

和密碼發送郵件」。

之後按「登入」

Enter “NWTBB” in “Account name”. Enter “Your name” in “Your name”.

Enter “pop3.nwtbb.com” in “Incoming email server”. Select Account type as “POP3”

Enter "Your Email Address" in "User name" and enter your "password" in "Password".

Enter “smtp.nwtbb.com” in “Outgoing (SMTP) email server”. Tick “Outgoing server

requires authentication”

Tick “Use the same user name and password for sending email”

HKBN Broadband Mail POP3 用戶設定 Blackberry 手冊

HKBN Broadband Mail Blackberry Setup for POP3 User

1. 從 Blackberry 主畫面中按「功能鍵 」→ 進入「設定」。

Press the “Function key ” in home menu, and then select “Setup”.

2. 進入「電子郵件設定」。

Enter “Email Setup”

3. 在「電子郵件帳號」頁面，選取「新增」→「其他」，然後按「下一步」。

Click “Add” → “Other” in “Email Account” tab, and then press “Next”.

4. 在電子郵件設定頁面輸入「電子郵件地址」與「密碼」，然後按「下一 步」。

Enter “Email address” and “password”, and then press “Next”.

5. Blackberry 會顯示「您已成功新增」，按「完成」結束。

Blackberry will show the "You have successfully added" message, press “OK” to exit.

(III) 如何透過 HKBN Broadband Mail 網上電郵服務接收電子郵件

How to Check E-mail via HKBN Broadband Mail Web-based E-mail Account?

1. 進入 http://ecs.hkbnes.net

Go to http://ecs.hkbnes.net

2. 於「網上電郵」選項中輸入「登入名稱」、「電郵域名」及密碼…。

Enter “Username”, “Email domain” and “password” in webmail box.

3. 按「遞交」。

Click "Submit".
