Scenario #2 - Goal-Managing a Difficult Parent - Parent is angry because he/she is not satisfied with the way that you handled a conflict between two children and demands to know how you disciplined the other child, wants his/her child's consequence removed, and refuses to allow his/her child to accept responsibility and refuses to sign the discipline notice.
