Coverage
• On a flat surface coverage will be approx. 650gm per m2(at 0.5mm DFT, dry film thickness). To reach a dry thickness of 1mm you need about 1.5-2.0mm wet thicknessThis means two coating steps.
• On cable bundles, & cable trays allow 1 to 1.5kg per m2 (at 0.5mm DFT,dry film thickness), depending on volume of cables, method of application, & wasteage (i.e. overspray).
• A larger cable tray of 1m length & 0.55m wide, with 3 cable bundles each of 10cm in diameter, coated once, needs ca. 4 litres of CP 678.Coated twice you need between 7-8 litres
• A smaller cable tray of 1m length & 0.35mm wide, with 3 cable bundles each of 10cm in diameter, coated once, needs ca-3 litres of CP 678.Coated twice you need ca.5 litres of CP 678.
