GENERAL NOTES

Situation Hill Top Farm has excellent national road network access via the M1 and A52. From the M1 junction 25 and the A52 pick up the A52 along Brian Clough Way towards Nottingham. Continue for approximately 2 miles to the first roundabout (adjoining Bardills Garden Centre). Pick up the B6003 signed for Stapleford and pass the Magpie Public House and Esso Service Station on the right. Blake Road lies on the right after approximately 600 yards and after turning into Blake Road travel up through the houses uphill with the farm drive for Hill Top Farm lying on the right opposite Turner Close. From Ilkeston and Trowell on the B6007-After Trowell pick up the B6003 into Stapleford travelling down Pasture Road into Church Street and passing the Library on the right. Go straight over at the traffic lights signed for Derby and the A52 and up the hill passing Fairfields School on the right. Turn first left into Blake Road and follow the short detailed instructions above. ‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

This very genuine dispersal sale arises as a result of Mr Allan Revill retiring from active farming having traded as Revill Brothers for many decades. There is an excellent range of high quality machinery which has been superbly well maintained and carefully driven throughout its working life. All items on the farm have had only 1 or 2 drivers/operators throughout their period at Hill Top Farm. The combine was purchased new registered in March 2011 and has only had 1 owner driver over its time on this arable unit. There are many stars of the show for this sale and perusal of the photographs within the catalogue will show the quality of the machines for genuine dispersal. Purchasers should note that many of the small tools and workshop items will be sold under cover in the grain store and also that access to the main drive at Hill Top Farm is via Blake Road through a housing estate. Buyers should attend and bid with confidence at this very genuine retirement dispersal.
