however, a 3.5% process charge is added to the tour cost.
Cancellations, refunds and changes Cancellation must be in the form of a written or email notifica-
tion and will take effect on the date we receive notification. Can-
cellation refunds are subject to the following conditions:-
Cancellations 45 days or more 25% of the total tour cost
Cancel 45 to 7 days before departure, 50% of the total tour
price. Cancel within 7 days of the departure date 100% of the
tour price.
