High School Summer Academy - 2019 The Summer Academy program at University of California, Riverside (UCR) offers a valuable summer learning opportunity for high school students. By taking summer STEM courses at UCR, students will be able to earn college credit on an official UC transcript, meet with distinguished faculty, experience college life, and build new relationships with fellow UCR students. More importantly, this experience will greatly help students build a stronger portfolio during the college application process. Selected students will have their tuition and fees paid by the NASA MIRO FIELDS program for the STEM summer course(s) of their choice. Students may only take courses from Summer Session A (June 24 - July 27). A list of recommended courses offered during Summer Session A can be found on https://se.ucr.edu/summer-academy#recommended_courses .
