Priority Area Agriculture:

(10) - recalculate value payment entitlements; exempt farmers with less than one hectare from obligation to apply; abolish obligation for supporting documents; measurement tolerance; advance payments; merging R.1975/2006 and R. 796/2004; missing or incomplete applications; definition of “repeated non-compliance”

(11) – controls dried fodder;

Identical topics as in the list of 39 simplification suggestions proposed by 13 MS, received in April 2009.

From 39, more than half received a positive assessment

From these, a good number already implemented, such as recalculating value of payment entitlements and definition of “repeated non-compliance”
