What is High Impact Coaching

Corporate coaches are the new line of high performance corporate advisors. For some people, “coaching” is just another title; they don’t fully understand the advantages of coaching. However, for many successful business people and top corporate leaders, having a coach has become an integral part of their strategy for success and winning at the game of business. Our coaching constantly delivers the highest level of personal and professional performance.

We say that the work of today’s corporate executives and business managers is equal to that of a competitive, high performance athlete: Today’s workplace demands a daily commitment to producing extraordinary performance and results.

Our corporate coaches will permanently alter the way participants view business and define success. As coaches, our job is your success; like athletes and performers, successful business people have found that coaching is essential, and in some cases critical, for exceptional performance. You’ve heard the maxim “Give someone a fish; feed them for a day. Teach someone to fish; feed them for a lifetime.” We train people “how to fish.” Preparation and practice are essential in the training process. Like the Olympic medal winner who goes back into training to prepare for the next championship season, we train our clients to respect the basics and to practice toward mastery.

Coaching gets people “on the court” rather than observing “in the stands.” It is directed at specific measurable outcomes that the team and/or the individuals commit to produce in a specific time frame. This dynamic of coaching people “on the court” in specific measurable outcomes, versus observing from the stands, brings the magical edge to ensure that they develop and excel into a new level beyond what traditional consulting and learning can provide.

What is High Impact Coaching

We are world pioneers in applying the basic elements of coaching that have been used for decades in sports and performing arts, with high corporate executives. Unlike the business executive, each and every high performance athlete has a coach who is unconditionally committed to his/her ultimate success, as well as the team’s success. The coach, always on the edge of the court, continually looks to see what’s missing in the player’s performance. The coach works with the athlete to gain that extra inch on the football filed, that 0.001-second edge on the track, and the ability to reliably produce that ace serve on the tennis court. In short, the coach is looking for that level of excellence that will define that athlete as the best in his or her field.

In coaching, the emphasis is on experiencing, and the shifting of perspective and position. Rather than focusing on what has happened, the emphasis is on what is possible. Coaching is a present phenomenon - it shows up right here, right now, exactly when you need it. Through coaching, you can achieve your goals and dreams by breaking them down into smaller more manageable pieces. Each week, you move closer to what you really want. Coaching offers undistracted, unconditional listening that is non-judgmental, trusting, honest, and exceptionally objective. The coach is your go-to person with a large tool kit to assist you in developing and pursuing your vision so that you achieve positive, permanent results.
