The Oath Commissioners appointed for the Office of Advocate General, Principal Secretary, Law-cum-LR:, Standing Counsel U.P. Government and High Court shall be authorized in swearing of affidavits, in respect of affidavits for the purpose of Judicial proceeding and only in respect of their respective offices/ departments/institution.
Note:
1. The Advocate Oath Commissioners of the list I are requ ired to submit an undertaking through the Oath Commissioner in Charge, that they will strictly comply the directions regarding
maintenance of registers, verification of affidavits, record of affidavit coupons, place of sitting and all other directions issued vide this Court's Office Memorandum no. 30 dated 06.09.2013 as amended vide Office Memorandum no. 39 dated 24.10.2013. The oath Commissioner In-Charge is requested to receive the afdresaid undertaking from the Oath Commissioners appointed in the list-I and submit the same to this office and then issue coupons to the Oath Commissioner concerned. ,
2. All the Oath Commissioners appointed as above are directed to strictly comply with earlier directions issued vide this Court's . Office Memorandum No. 30 dated' 06.09.2013 (as amended vide this Court's Office Memorandum no. 39 dated 24.10.2013) regarding appointment, work and conduct of the Oath
Commissioners.

3 · It_ is made clear that any Oath Commissioner failing to comply
with the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Court will entail
disqualification for being considered for his/her appointment as
Oath Commissioner in the next year.
