Founded in 1976 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as a company trading in hardware items, Hidayath entered into trading of Metal Products in 1980s.

In 1996, we opened our first stainless steel service centre. Soon after, in 1999, we began exporting to the nearby GCC countries. This was around the time that the Dubai construction industry exploded leading the company to expand its production capacities, located in different parts of GCC.

Hidayath ventured into its first foreign market in 2008, when it opened two service facilities in India, and for the GCC region a service centre has been opened recently in QATAR.

2010 marked the year of a new landmark in production when Hidayath opened a new facility to cater to the industrial sector. This heavy stainless steel fabrication factory produces structural steel products, pressure vessels, boilers, tanks and other such equipments for different sectors.

Headquartered in the Dubai Investment Park, Hidayath has offices in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India to cater to a discerning clientele across Middle East, South East Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and C. I. S Countries. As one of the most advanced providers of finished stainless steel products, with all the necessary equipment and knowhow to manufacture highly intricate, customized

Rehan HidayathDirector - Commercial

Heading the Commercial division, he has been

instrumental in steering the company to new heights and

greater recognition at both the national and international

levels. An US-educated mechanical engineer with MBA,

rose to the current title in 2008 and has since been

establishing commercial strategies to meet the company’s

objectives.

Ishtiyaq Ahmad MirGeneral Manager

His can-do work ethic and valuable technical experience

of more than 20 years in the steel and fabrication sector

makes him highly adept at interpreting blueprints and

technical drawings accurately. A highly skilled person, he

is also an able communicator and serves as the General

Manager in the organization today.

Imran HidayathChief Executive Officer

A young, dynamic and talented Engineer with MBA

whose immense knowledge of the stainless steel industry

has seen him rise to the post of CEO with full charge

of the entire Group operations. He holds a Stainless

Steel Specialization Certificate and is an asset to the

organisation for both his technical and commercial

expertise.

Andreas GiannarosDirector - Engineering

With more than 20 years of experience as an engineer, of

which 15 years have been in top management positions

in both Europe and the Middle East, he overlooks the

engineering division of the Hidayath Group which has

produced some innovative work for the architectural,

industrial and engineering sectors.

Farhan HidayathDirector - Operations

With his meticulous approach and attention-to-detail outlook, he took

over as Head of Operations Department in early 2012 to oversee the

development of factory production operations. Extremely driven and

organized, this US-educated mechanical engineer is responsible for

analysing trends, monitoring productivity and increasing profitability.

Shabbir SahebChief Financial Officer

A qualified CA, controlling the Group’s financial matters; he has

significant experience in both finance and accounts. As Finance Head,

he oversees all financial aspects of the company strategy. Apart from

financial planning and formulating financial targets and budgets, he

also supervises all financial transactions and accountancy matters.

Hidayathulla AbbasChairman

Founder and mentor of the Hidayath Group who laid the

foundation of the company in 1976 in Abu Dhabi. Starting

off by trading in hardware items, the company has now

metamorphosed into a complete stainless steel solution

provider to architectural, industrial as well as engineering

sectors; thanks to his immense foresight and vision.

Ifthikar AhmedDirector - Contracts

Having almost completed three

decades serving the Hidayath Group, his knowledge

and experience of the stainless steel trading business

and his vast networking contacts within the industry

are an immense boon to the group. Holding several

management positions over the years, he is currently
