Franchisor Obligation• hibye will provide support to the franchisee in operations

management quality inspection training, and IT, to ensure that hibye standard of operation is well maintained.

• hibye will provide the franchisee with manuals detailing operations, quality, food preparation, and training.

• hibye will provide the franchisee with marketing support to ensure achieve high sales turn over of each food cart.

• hibye will carry out regular R&D activities to ensure that products in the food cart maintain a high rate of sale, and meet the needs of the local market.

• hibye will provide the Franchisee with up to date financial information.

• hibye will audit the franchisee on a regular basis.

Franchisee Obligation• The franchisee will operate and manage the franchise to the

standards, set by hibye.• The franchisee will purchase all agreed products as outlined in

the franchise contract from hibye.• The franchisee will allow for periodical maintenance for the

equipment through hibye maintenance team.• The franchisee will not enter into any other business that will

compete directly with the franchise.• The franchisee will provide hibye with accurate financial

information and will allow regular financial audits of the franchise

• The franchisee will follow and implement all policies as agreed and outlined in the franchise contract and supporting franchise manuals.
