Homes for the Holidays is a signature fundraiser for the Rotary Centre for the Arts. Proceeds are

dedicated to programming at the Centre.

Th e Rotary Centre for the Arts (RCA), located in the heart of Kelowna’s cultural district, is a 44,000 square foot multipurpose cultural facility that showcases and promotes all forms of artistic expression. Not only are guests able to see artists and performers at work, but one can also view and purchase art, take a pottery class or acting lesson or have gelato in the bistro.

Th e RCA was built by the community, for the community.

The impact of the RCA is significant in Kelowna’s Cultural District and throughout the city. We all can enjoy a range of opportunities, special events, and festivals as a result of the facility. Our tourism industry benefi ts considerably as we off er our visitors a reason to stay longer and visit in the shoulder season.

Kelowna has been gaining in popularity as a cultural destina-tion. Th e RCA has indeed added an exciting new dimension to Kelowna’s cultural assets and provides excellent economic, social and cultural returns on your investment.

Th e building includes a 326-seat theatre, a set-building workshop, eight artist studios used by individuals or groups, a painting-drawingroom, dance studio, pottery studio, rehearsal hall, music room and multi-purpose meeting room. Also featured in the Rotary Centre for the Arts is the Alternator Gallery for Contemporary Art, Th e Centre Art Gallery, Staccatos Gelateria and Bistro and an Atrium with an open space courtyard for both public and private events and an outdoor stage.
