fight came up ove Thornton saying that he was a friend of Guess Phillipps struck Thorntor over the bead with a hammer Thornton swore out a writ for Phil llppa and placed it in the hands of John Guess to be served Philipps In company with Bill Phillipps and Jaki Newton was overtaken by Guest about one half of a mile out of Dean fieldGuess told Phillipps to consider him sell under arrest whereupon
