With InSight Live, your own maintenance team trouble- shoots, adjusts settings or performs emergency tasks with guidance from Hägglunds systems specialists. Using a simple app on a smartphone, tablet or laptop – or a pair of video goggles for a hands-free experience – your engineer works directly with one of our in-house service experts. Via the device’s camera, our expert sees exactly what your engineer sees. In addition, our expert can interact visually through the app, using virtual reality to overlay images on your screen e.g. his hands, tools, documents, diagrams etc. In this way, our expert can not only give audio instructions, but also point out the actions that need to be taken on your equipment.
