At Hervey Road in Black-heath, Shape Architec-ture was appointed as architects to create a new four storey exten-sion within which are set two duplex flats and to refurbish the existing building to create four further flats. Located in a conservation area the external facades are de-tailed to match the neigh-bouring properties. The apartments benefit from views over a large rear garden and front garden and are themselves light and spacious.
