The aim of preparing these social media posts is that they can be used across Instagram and Facebook to build engagement leading up to the One Woman One Challenge 10 week lifestyle makeover, and ensure sign ups. Within you will find trending social media graphics, suggested captions and hashtags and other recommendations for when you are ready to launch the challenge in a year.
Note: Before posting
The duration of the engagement pre-challenge is 7 weeks.
The timing of posts presented is presented is only a suggested timeline. When actually launching the
challenge, start and finish dates may vary and therefore posting dates may be subject to change also.
Before you post, ensure the registration link has been inserted in both Her Heart’s Facebook “About
us” page and in Her Heart’s Instagram’s “bio” to ensure accessibility and convenience for potential participants to sign up to the challenge.
Human interest stories could be used as this document exemplifies however real women who have
actually signed up for the challenge when the challenge is launched will have to be sourced and used. The following four are examples and formats that can be used. The social media posts during the challenge prepared for engagement are ‘reposts’ from a participant
taking part in the challenge and can be used as inspiration also for other posts. Before posting suggested graphic 10, a private Facebook group titled “Her Heart One Woman One
Challenge” will need to be created on Facebook to encourage all participants to join and empower one another to complete the challenge in a supportive environment.

Caption: And that’s a wrap!! The #OneWomanOneChallenge may be over but this isn’t the end, become your own friend. Remember to keep pushing towards your fitness and lifestyle goals. Together we raised (insert amount) and have spread the word about heart disease. Thank you all so much for your time and effort and we look forward to a BIGGER and BETTER challenge next year!
It is advised that Her Heart’s supporters are involved in the lead up to the challenge. Appropriate supporters that prove to have great synergy with the challenge include:

These four supporters could donate goods in kind or a voucher for an Instagram or Facebook competition to be run before the challenge commences to generate hype and engagement about the 10-week challenge and increase Her Heart’s online presence with both internal and external users. The entry criteria of these competitions could include (all or some per competition):
