This program offers senior citizens the opportunity to apply for a position as a substitute employee for the district and to designate their net pay after taxes to an account to be applied against their tax bill. As of July 1, 2010, the program was expanded to accommodate senior citizens who cannot work directly in the program. To apply for this program, senior citizens must complete the application process at the Hempfield Administration Building, 200 Church Street, Landisville, PA 17538.
