Background:Background: What we heard:What we heard:
We’ve come up with this “Small Voice Project” to help our Chinese friends who survived the calamities.
We shall work with local churches, both the government and house churches.
We shall pool our strength and resources to participate in the relief works under the name of Christian church to show the world that the church cares.
By this, we shall find it easier to penetrate the Chinese society with the gospel and God’s love.
And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake. And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice……What doest thou here?
(1 Kings 19:11-13)
