HELPING MCMASTER ENGINEERING BROADEN ITS REACH McMaster University is one of the world’s top 75 universities. The university’s Faculty of Engineering has contributed greatly to this ranking, with impactful research, outstanding teaching performance and strong partnerships with industry. The Faculty has 33 research chairs, $41.5M in external research funding and $27.8M in new industrial projects. With this pedigree for excellence, McMaster Engineering needed a recruitment partner that could deliver the best talent and help shorten the hiring process, so it could keep up its culture of distinction. The challenge before finding ResearchGate McMaster Engineering strives for excellence in everything it does, and continual improvement is a phrase synonymous with the institution.
