ICC Color Matching/SeparationImageServer contains ColorSync, theICC-compliant color matching methodcross-licensed from Heidelberger. Colormatching is applied for layout genera-tion, color proof printing, final output andimage conversion. High-res raster orPDF images are automatically colormatched on-the-fly to CMYK separa-tions, to RGB, or to CIE Lab. Image-Server recognizes embedded ICC pro-files or references in high-res images.ICC profile tagging tools to embed ICCare included. This late-binding workflowsaves resources, allows optimummatching to specific devices, and pre-serves the integrity of original data forlater re-purposing.
