Rebuilding America II Questions

I’ll briefly describe my

organization, and

give an example of a

problem or

opportunity we faced,

and how I addressed

it.

My perspective on

what we should do to

grow the broader

economy, i.e. what I

think the U.S. needs

to do on a macro

level to get the

My Suggestions for the Economy

Housing Market Job Creation

Settle who takes the haircut

on loan write-downs.

Bring back the NSP

program!

Allow NSP to aggregate

units into master rental

projects.

Housing creates (the

illusion of?) wealth.

Innovation hubs.

Leverage working capital

through other loan

programs (HUD 108/SBA

504).

Infrastructure!

Incentives for greening,

densification – or

renaturalization.
