The two year (4 semester)PG programmes is of 96credit weightage i.e., 24credits/semester(24x4=96). Out of 24credits in a semester acandidate has to obtain 14credits compulsorily from“Core Courses”, while theremaining 10 credits canbe obtained from the“Electives” in the followingmanner: A candidate canobtain a maximum of 8credits within his/her ownDepartment out of thespecializations offered bythe Department asDiscipline Centric-Electives. 02 credits shallbe obtained by acandidate from theElectives offered by theDepartment other thanhis/her own. Thecandidate shall be free toobtain either 2 credits fromthe Generic (withinSchool) or two credits fromOpen Electives.
