Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the band of tissue (plantar fascia) that extends from the heel to the toes.

Plantar Fascia connects the heel bone to the toes and creates the arch of the foot and supports the arch of your foot.

What is Plantar Fasciitis ?

Plantar fasciitis is a pain which usually occurs at the bottom of heel.

What is Plantar Fasciitis ?If plantar fascia is strained, it gets weak, swollen, and inflamed. Then your heel or the bottom of foot hurts when you stand or walk.

Walking barefoot or in light and damaged shoes without sufficient arch support, can overstretch, or inflame the plantar fascia

Causes of plantar Fasciitis

Improper balance of body and ankle

Faulty structure of the foot.

People having problems with their arches : - either overly flat feet or high arched feet

Wearing non-supportive footwear on hard, flat surfaces.
