Heavy Element ComplianceDefinition:Paint and other similar surface-coating materials means a fluid, semi-fluid, or other material, with or without a suspension of finely divided coloring matter, which changes to solid film when a thin layer is applied to a metal, wood, stone, paper, leather, cloth, plastic , or other surface. 定义：涂料和其它类似表面涂层材料是指流动性、半流动性或其它材料含有或不含有颜色物质，转换成固态薄膜层，应用在金属、木头、石头、纸张、皮革、衣服、塑料或其它物质表面。

Definition （定义） :

Total content means the total quantities of heavy elements that can be extracted from the specimen by concentrated acid under heating conditions for a period of time.

总含量是指在浓酸加热一段时间后从样品中萃取出来的总的重金属的含量。

Soluble content means soluble elements are extracted from toy materials under the conditions which simulate the material in human body for a period of time after being swallowed.

可溶解的含量是指模仿玩具物品被吞下后在人体条件下达到一定时间后萃取出的含量。
