With you in mind, we are partnering with Asiamedic to bring you 5 exclusive wellness assessment programs within a one stop wellness and healthcare facilities. In order to evaluate which best suits you, our doctors welcome your questions during a free consultation in one of our clinic.The Wellness assessment centre located at the heart of Orchard has a team of highly qualified clinical professionals together with up to date medical imaging equipment, providing the best services to ensure one's well being• If you are < 30 years old, a a Modular Program Screening will be sufficient every year and a Essential Program Screening every two to three years.• If you are 30 to 40 years old, an Essential program will be more ideal.• Above 40 years old, we recommend our Absolute program. • Based on your medical history, additional tests may be recommended.

• Fast for at least 10 hours. Please refrain from having food after 10pm.• Skip breakfast in the morning when coming for tests. You may drink plain water before tests.• For ladies, Pap Smear, urine and stool tests are best done 7 days after the last day of your menstruation. • For Ultrasound Pelvis, you will be required to drink water and to avoid urinating for about 1 hour prior to the examination time. • Fasting is also required for Ultrasound Abdomen.• Avoid taking any medication before screening unless otherwise advised by your doctor. You may bring it along and take it after your blood test.• For Treadmill ECG, please bring along your running gears. Do inform us if you have any pre-existing heart conditions and/or are taking medications as it may need to be stopped before the test. For your comfort, shower facility is available. • For mammogram, please avoid applying perfume, powder or deodorant on the breast and armpit area. Please avoid this examination if you suspect or are pregnant.
