where eagles take flight. health & safety protocols 1. Before leaving home for the St. Thomas campus, students will self-screen for COVID-19 using the Luminare Quickscreen. Instructions will follow prior to August 10. 2. From the time students exit a vehicle to enter the school, until they are picked up and enter a vehicle, all students must be wearing masks. Students may remove them while eating and/or drinking only. 3. If a student coughs or sneezes when not wearing a mask, he should cover his mouth and nose with a tissue and throw used tissues into the trash. If a tissue is not readily available, he should cough or sneeze into his arm, not his hands, then thoroughly wash or sanitize his hands and arm. 4. Students should distance themselves at least six feet from all other persons throughout the course of each day. 5. Drop off locations: • For Houses Allnoch, Cooper, Belisch, and Magee Double glass door entry to the athletic building - Reckling Gymnasium - facing the North Campus • For Houses O’Rourke, Roche, Wilson, and Schwenzer Hall of Honor - Cemo Auditorium - entrance from Shepherd side parking lot 6. Students should enter the building at the above drop-off locations and proceed to the gym (Houses Allnoch, Cooper, Belisch, and Magee) and to Cemo Auditorium (Houses O’Rourke, Roche, Wilson, and Schwenzer), maintaining a minimum six-foot distance from all persons. 7. Students will be directed to their house location within the gym and Cemo, and from there they will be escorted to their classroom. 8. When the orientation program ends, students will be dismissed by classroom to their assigned exit location. The exit locations will be assigned the day of the event. 9. Students should continue to wear masks and distance themselves until they enter their pick-up vehicle. 10. On Tuesday, August 11, students should enter the school from the same location where they exited the previous day and proceed directly to their assigned classrooms. 11. Students should follow all of the above safety procedures throughout the day of the 11th.
