Stardust Health and well-being despite e-smog
In this short text we want to inform you about new possibilities
designed to unlock your potential in relation to health and vital-
ity, and in particular resilience (positive resistance).
The cosmos – and thus Earth as well – including mankind –
is subject to a radiation and magnetic field, a kind of “sound”.
So-called standing waves flow through thentire universe. We
are an integral part of the universe – after all, we are,
for the most part, comprised of “stardust”– or parts of
the cosmos. And that is precisely why we, just like eve-
rything else in the universe, are subject to these waves,
vibrations and (life) fields.
If we lose our universal resonance, we are
no longer self-balanced and our health is more than
busy protecting our body from sickness. This will cost us
a lot of energy. Interference from the inside or the outside is
causing us to lose this universal logarithm (natural logarithm
rounded 2.70).
Thomas Henry Huxley, British biologist, a pioneer of agnosticism)
Page 4
Page 4 Stardust Stardust Page 4
Whether or not this affects the body, our psyche or emotions,
does not matter for the time being. Everything is possible.
Hence, it is worthwhile to recognize that we are part of this
universe, to move in harmony with the natural, to do what
we have to do, and to get into the right mood for a comforta-
ble life. Look forward to it!
You are cordially invited to learn more about yourself, your
world and your universe! You will be reading things that,
perhaps in the beginning, are difficult to imagine.
But in order to “...believe the incredible, you must
practice” (from: “Through the Looking-Glass”). Be
curious like a child and learn that there is much
more than we are able to imagine thus far.
„God does not play dice.“ Albert Einstein

Our time – potentials of possibilities and dangers
Our technical capabilities have never been so mature, as they
are today. On the small scale, globalization is reflected by the
fact that e.g. the grandson no longer resides in Switzerland or
Germany but is currently studying in the United States.
Grandparents are confronted with state-of-the-art technology
just to be able to talk with or even see their grandson once in a
while. Today, a call to the grandson’s mobile phone or a connec-
tion via Skype no longer presents a challenge, but rather an
advantage!
On the other hand, technical progress is not only a bless-
ing when using the creeping dangers of artificially made
“helpers”. We are constantly exposed to electromagnetic
fields, which nature (our nature as well) does not know
in this way. Since we are subjected to the laws of nature,
their structures and orders, electric smog, for example,
is one of the great challenges of our time.
Our body knows and needs magnetic and electric fields, as well
as electromagnetic oscillations as information medium – for ex-
ample, for orientation and much more. Our body, and the uni-
verse as well, know these magnetic stimuli as long as we have
been around. After all, we are, for the most part, made out of
water and “stardust”. But artificially manufactured “fields” and
“oscillation” in the magnitude, strength and intensity as we are
experiencing it today are new for our body and thus not

Vibration and Resonance
Are you familiar with the term “good vibrations”?
Who doesn’t want those?
The term “good vibrations” often describes a situa-
tion in which the person of concern experiences
some kind of exhilaration. Usually, a person in
such a situation is happy and experiences or devel-
ops a sense of well-being. Yes – “good vibrations”
are wonderful and worth experiencing! In
order to develop positive feelings, different
aspects – physical and psychoemotional –
must be satisfied.
In science, different kinds of vibrations, or
rather oscillations or magnetic fields are
known. Of course, science did not invent but
discovered these fields.
Oscillations, waves and resonances are as old as
the universe itself and part of the essential struc-
tures of our existence. An example is Earth’s mag-
netic field,
which we –
more or less
consciously –
experience on a
daily basis.
Earth’s magnetic field is no scientific inven-
tion, only a discovery!
Page 7
Page 7 Stardust Stardust Page 7
In the universe a clear order exists.
This order is based on clearly defined waves or fields. These
fields have a logarithmic structure and bear or penetrate every-
thing what exists in this universe.
For this reason, each human cell is preserved and stimulated in
this oscillation. Order has something to do with oscillations, or
rather with perfectly structured
waves in exact order. And thus, this
counts for the order in which man-
kind’s health and life takes place as
well.
There are different kinds of these os-
cillation fields. For example, light
consists of certain waves, or oscilla-
tions. Prof. Dr. Fritz A. Popp has dedicated almost 40 years of
his life to these so-called “biophotons” and has discov-
ered incredible phenomena. For example, biophotons
provide information about the energetic state of a cell.
The radiation of weak or so-called diseased cells is less
strong and most importantly “chaotic”. Healthy cells,
however, “glow” (measurably) strongly and have a
clear structure.

A researcher or scientist is generally a qualified curious hu-
man being. Luckily, this is the reason that new discoveries
(or new understandings of old discoveries) are being made in
research and science, which amaze us time after time – ex-
plainable in theory but amazingly phenomenal in practice.
For example, theories and experiments from quantum phys-
ics, quantum mechanics, and parts thereof, as well as theo-
ries of interlacing phenomena, global scaling (according to H.
Müller) and the so-called scalar
waves (according to K. Meyl) are relatively new find-
ings. They provide new
possibilities to come to
an understanding of
the whole (ourselves,
Earth and the uni-
verse) which is a bit
more humble and much more
sublime, and to utilize this
new knowledge.
Unfortunately, other branches
of science are not yet at a
point where they could let go
of old theories and open up to
new findings with qualified
curiosity. But that is normal. As a rule, it takes about 3 ½
generations (or about 70 years) for something new to estab-
lish. And if “old theories” are lucrative for business, it will
probably take a few years longer until mankind allows the
paradigm shift.

Modern science shows
that, with much less ef-
fort and energy, effects to
preserve health – both of
the world itself as well as
of the human being as an
individual – can be satis-
fied.
Witty thinkers have acknowledged once more
what had been clear thousands of years ago:
“Healthy mind in a healthy body”, or “In the
beginning was the word”.
“Any description of what is going on in an
atom is an excellent description of what
doesn’t happen.” (W. Heisenberg)
“In the Beginning was the word” (Greek) – from the creation story in the Gospel of John.
Page 10
Page 10 Stardust Stardust Page 10
Modern research shows the effects and modes of action
of some thousands of years old applications, methods
and rituals.
Many of these new findings are based on
the theories of quantum physics.
“In addition to quantum physics, the theory of
relativity is the second pillar of modern physics.
Especially clear are the differences between
quantum physics and classic physics in micro-
cosm (e.g. in the structure of atoms and mole-
cules) or more particularly in so-called “pure”
systems (e.g. super conductivity, laser radia-
tion ...).
Page 11
Page 11 Stardust Stardust Page 11
But everyday things as well, such as the chemical or phys-
ical properties of various materials (color, ferromag-
netism, electrical conductivity...) can only be un-
derstood in the context of quantum physics. The
term quantum physics summarizes all
phenomena and effects that are based on the fact
that certain variables cannot take on any arbi-
trary value but only defined, discrete values (see
quantization). This also includes wave-particle
duality, the inability to fully describe physical
processes and their inevitable influence just by
observation.
Quantum physics includes all theories,
models, and concepts on quantum hypothe-
sis that go back to Max Planck. In 1900,
Planck’s hypothesis had become necessary
when classical physics was no longer able
to offer a satisfying description of e.g. light
or the structure of matter .

What lies between health and illness?
Your resilience!
Resilience (or positive resistance) is the ability to
use crises and setbacks as an opportuni-
ty to further one’s development.
These crises can be of physical dis-
ease/ sickness), mental (self-
confidence, self-awareness, spiritual
development) or psychosocial origin
(relationship issues). When promot-
ing resilience, it is important to col-
lect oneself or others at the right
point in time and to raise psychoso-
cial resilience to a healthy, ad-
vanced level.
Resilience, therefore, is the basic energy necessary
to “get one’s act together” in order to live a
positive and vital life after crises.
In order to do so one should embrace life
and life structure. Optimism, acceptance of
the situation, solution-oriented ideas, men-
tal and physical regulatory capacities, per-
sonal responsibility, interpersonal abilities
and long-term strength are important abil-
ities that help us in our pursuit of happi-
ness. In order to make use of these abilities we
need to be in the “flow” of cosmic structure.
Page 13

Little helpers
What helps us to remain as dynamic as possi-
ble in our life structures?
Thoughts and words are probably the beginning when focusing
on awareness. Good, well-intended thoughts seem to send and
receive a higher frequency than evil and destructive thoughts
and intentions. Nobody can be “exclusively positive” (that would
probably be a charade – and thus no longer considered “good
vibrations”) but it is learnable.
Non-violent communication, so-called positive psy-
chology and above all the love of life for oneself, others
and nature
as well as a positive attitude seem to help us maintain
cosmic structures much more efficiently.
Nutrition plays a very important role as well. Natural
foodstuff containing a minimum of preservatives helps
us to stay in the flow of life. Treat yourself
(yourself in the sense of a “bio-psychosocial unit”; as one part of
the large picture) to food, drinks, as well as spices, which are
known to our genetic information already for a few thousand
years. “False nutritional information” about
food items, due to technical changes in their
structure, prevent us
from living well
as they affect our quali-
ty of life and drain our
energy.

Avoidance, or at least the reduction of sources of electric
smog, is a good intention, provided we can influence it.
Meanwhile, artificial electromagnetic and magnetic fields
exist on a global scale providing mobile phone reception even
in the desert – regardless of having a mobile phone or not.
The goal is, if possible, to keep our body free from e-smog or
transform it. To do so, we usually need help. In the
early days as well as today, healing stones, for exam-
ple, have been used both to promote health and to
banish “negative energy”. Up until a few years ago
the use of such applications has been ridiculed.
Meanwhile – not least because of modern research
and science – concepts and explanations of various
forms of what is called magnetism or of isolated heal-
ing stones in regards to biological and bio-energetic
functions
have developed.
Here is an example: In 1991 or 1992, some
kind of “magnetic antenna” in the brain had
already been found. A team of researchers was
able to isolate microscopic magnetic magnetite crystals from
the brain matter of decedents. After several examinations, it
became explicit that most regions of the brain contain about
5 million magnetite crystals per gram of brain matter and
the protective brain membrane even 100 million.2 A theory is
that these magnetite crystals could function as transmitter
or receiver for information (from inside and outside).

Page 15
Page 15 Stardust Stardust Page 15
Our pituitary gland (pineal gland) also responds sensitive
to magnetic fields (direct influence on the production of
Melatonin for example). It can interact with the magnetite
crystals in the brain.
Or think of iron in blood – it is influenced by Earth’s
magnetic field. In addition to the influence on the
actual function of this iron, flow properties and the
acid-base balance are affected in the body. Research
and, above all, the experience gained during the last
two decades has provided knowledge about the direct
effect on the positive behavior of the smallest quanti-
ties of mineral crystals in the context of cell regenera-
tion in the human body. There are modern tech-
niques serving as analytical systems for the determi-
nation of disharmony as well as simple
applications such as magnetite and other mineral crystals
on plastic carriers which are being charged, and thus in-
formed, by the most modern technologies. The goal is to
transmit energetic information via the electromagnetic
field – the actual e-smog.
Thus, electromagnetic smog is to the benefit
of mankind since a bio-resonance field is
formed. Electric smog transforms into a vital-
izing frequency for body and spirit. The system is
similar to a magnetic tape (carrier of iron crystals)
which is formed by means of a magnet (tape head).
Either it is harmful (negative polarization,
such as a strong magnet next to a magnetic
tape) or positive (from the tape head) and
when playing the tape we can hear a beauti-
ful melody.

Information is always tied to order and structure. And infor-
mation is the actual fundament of the universe. In 1984,
Prof. Dr. Carlo Rubbia, a known physicist (Head of CERN),
received the Nobel Prize for his findings that about
one billionth of the universe known to us (including
human kind) is made of matter (mass) and the rest
of energy. It seems as if the time has come that a
new understanding of energy and information is
used for the benefit of mankind.
For example, for over 100 years homoeopathy has been ap-
plying the principle of scalar waves –without being aware of
doing so. The so-called bio-resonance therapy as well belongs
to the methods and concepts that are consistent with newer
explanations offered by phys-
ics. Research and scientific
work indicate that in the new
age energy and information is used
for the benefit of mankind.
3 | Slightly adapted quote from an essay by Prof. Dr. Heggal Vollert
“These new findings of physics contain the key to a com-pletely new understanding of health and healing. Ener-getic imbalances, however, can be the key to a complete-
ly new understanding of health and healing.”
Heggal Vollert

For a harmonious life of “good vibrations” we
will need to change a thing or two. New tech-
nologies flood the market.
It seems as if it is always worth it to verify their
objectivity and seriousness. Especially those
things we tend not to understand right away can
create a ton of confusion. We hope that we have
brought light into the darkness and thus were
able to provide an understanding and arouse
your curiosity.
