HOURS OF OPERATIONThe Healing Grounds Spa is open for spa treatments from 8am to 9pm or by special appointment. Hot tubs are open from 8am to 11pm. Out of respect for neighbouring guest tents, please note that the spa deck and hot tubs are ‘total quiet’ zones after 10pm.

CHECK-INPlease arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to best prepare your mind and body for complete relaxation.

YOGA + MEDITATION CLASS SIGN UPPlease sign up for yoga and meditation classes on the chalk boards outside of the Activities Tent for the next morning’s classes. Meditation is held daily at 6:45am and yoga at 7:30am. Forest Bathing sessions are off ered daily from 8-10am and must be booked in advance with our activities coordinators.

CANCELLATIONS + CHANGESTo cancel or reschedule your spa appointment, notice is required no later than 6pm the evening before your service. Failure to do so will incur a 50% fee. Any cancellations with less than four hours notice or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Out of respect for therapists and other guests, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will only be able to off er you the remaining time allotted.

Yoga + Meditation

Gentle sunrise vinyasa fl ow yoga classes are off ered complimentary every morning at 7:30am in studio or on the scenic waterfront deck to welcome the day. Designed for all levels with beginner and intermediate variations for poses, this class is directed to help develop balance, strength and fl exibility, while reducing stress and aid in calming the mind. Enhance your vacation with some centered playfulness!

YOGA

Begin your day with a soothing guided meditation to settle inward, calm the busy mind, and connect to your breath. This is a wonderful chance to learn and explore the healing benefi ts of meditation. Beginners are warmly welcomed. Off ered complimentary daily at 7:00am in the yoga studio. “Forest bathing” sessions in the wilderness are also available daily from 8am-10am and must be booked in advance with the activities coordinators. Forest bathing has been proven to lower blood pressure, reduce the stress hormone cortisol, elevate mood and even boost your body’s immune response.

MEDITATION & FOREST BATHING

SOUND HEALINGRelax into an hour of soundscape bliss. Sound healing has been used for thousands of years to help heal the mind and body. By using pure natural sound frequencies, the body is aff ected on a cellular level. On a mental level, listening to higher frequency instruments results in a state of mental calm. In this one-hour session, a variety of instruments will be used to treat you to a soothing melodic journey.
