Politics? Party Loyalty? This has all appearances of Eric Holder)

Are you kidding me? First of all, email evidence has already verified that Lois Lerner passed confidential information to government officials who were not entitled to this data. Second, she, herself, is an attorney and previously a staff attorney for the U.S. Dept. of Justice (Criminal Division). Third, she was an Asst. General Counsel for FEC Enforcement for TWENTY YEARS! 1 (Ignorantia juris non excusat). Fourth, Lerner has a history of harassment while at the FEC reported by The Weekly Standard. Fifth, evidence from a 2013 meeting of the Amer. Bar Association suggested she perjured herself stating that targeting of conservative non-profit groups originated in Cincinnati by local IRS officials (This is Lerner’s “Internet Anti-Muslim Video”). Sixth, inasmuch as there is legislation to impeach Koskinen (Head of the IRS) on the House Floor, does it not add validity to prosecution of Lois Lerner? I can think of numerous charges which might be brought. Furthermore, A.G. Loretta Lynch and her Justice Dept. could find no criminal wrongdoing of Lerner amidst “refocusing the Justice Dept.”. Isn’t this just another phrase to mask biased application of the law? Smells of Eric Holder, doesn’t it? Just what do you suppose her ruling will be on Koskinen’s impeachment? If impeachment has to go through her hands, I suggest the House get a Special Counsel straight away and cut to the chase. What say you? Editor

The CNBC Presidential Debate Nothing else needs to be said about the Oct. 28th debate. A) It was a poorly scripted cock fight amongst candidates of the same party. B) It demonstrated beyond doubt the lack of professional conduct by one of the major broadcast networks.
