most of the students prefer cheaper courses.

It should make good promotional efforts to

create awareness regarding the New Courses i.e

HCEA, HCE, HCE+ introduced by the company.

As a part of a big brand HCL , HCL CDC

should make efforts to provide good job

opportunities in HCL itself.

It should focus on preparing the students in

practical more , it should give a more stress on

practical knowledge.

HCL CDC should reduce the prices of the

courses so that it can attract more no of students.

Demand for the computer training courses is being

increasing at a rapid rate.

The awareness level regarding HCL CDC and its

courses is less as compared to others.

HCL CDC as a new Entrant should provide students

with attractive courses to gain the market share.
