As conveyed by the Ministry of Minority Affairs (Haj Division), Government of India, letter F.No. 7/1/2019-Haj dated 04.01.2019, as per Annual Bilateral Haj Agreement for Haj 2019 between India and Saudi Arabia for the year 1440 (H) 2019, a quota of 1,75,025 pilgrims (1,25,025 seats for Haj Commttee of India and 50,000 seats for Private Tour Operators) has been allocated to India. The Quota allocated to Haj Committee of India has been distributed as per the provision of new Haj Policy for HCol pilgrims for Haj 2018-22 among various StatesIIU.T. Sub: Quota for for Haj - 2019.Regarding.

2. The Quota allocated to various State/U.T. Haj Committees for the pilgrims ofHaj 1440(H) - 2019, which has been calculated as per percentage of Muslim population of2011 Census is annexed.
3. Qurrah (draw of lots) may be held as per principles laid down in the Haj Guidelinesfor Haj 1440(H) -2019. All documents and proceedings relating to Qurrah may be preservedsafely. The list of selected pilgrims may be published in local newspapers and electronicmedia immediately after the Qurrah.
(*) 61 seats (Ladies without Mehram of under quota States/UTs already considered intheir quota)
