Assisting all HRs around the network with any system errors or any other issues related to HR and the hospital system Updating HR Policies and procedures on a corporate and station level Train new and current HRs on the Hr system, local & corporate policies and procedures and other HR functions, and train new employees on the hospital system. Recruitment Succession Planning (Identify Successors based on surveys, Performance Evaluations, tests) Talent management (Identify & Improve talented people) Managing people/performance (Via following up on Performance appraisals objectives and improving weaknesses) Disciplinary/Grievance In consultation with management, formulate and recommend Human Resource objectives and methods in the following: personnel administration, staff selection and training, labor
