> Security > Custom Level > Automatic prompting for file downloads > OK > OK
STEP THREE: File Download
is Enabled IE…… Tools > Internet Options
> Security > Custom Level > File download > OK > OK
STEP FOUR: Download Notification
is Checked IE…… Tools > Internet Options >
Advanced > Notify when download complete > OK
