Before the volume tickets can be entered, the truck volume information must be defined. We modified the SM Design Evaluation window, to handle

this function.

Haul Tickets are accessed from the Work Items Tab on the DWR.

It is a program inside of SiteManager that is accessed at the Pay Item level through the template

functionality. All Pay Item templates require the user to complete

the template fields to get their Placed Quantity amount for that Pay Item

Page 8: Haul Tickets

The user opens the DWR, goes to the Work Items tab and selects the Pay Item.

Page 9: Haul Tickets

The user selects the Contractor and documents the location for that Pay

Item’s installation. Notice the Placed Qty Field is read only.

When the user clicks the save button — the template functionality is automatically triggered. The user double-clicks on the Template ID to open the ticket plug-in executable.
