No. T&CP/GMDA/PF-89-III/2017/19918.— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Ordinance, 2017 (Haryana Ordinance No. 2 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the area with the boundary as specified in the Schedule I given below and containing the area falling within the limits of controlled areas in Gurugram district as specified in Schedule II and shown in the plan appended hereto, to be Gurugram Metropolitan Area for the purposes of the said section, namely:-
SCHEDULE I
Gurugram Metropolitan Area shall comprise the whole of the area specified in Schedule to be read with the Drawing number GMDA/1/2017 dated 10.07.2017.
North :- Starting from point ‘A’ where the revenue boundary village Khandewla, village Tirpari and village Jatola meets thence moving towards north along the northern boundary of village Jatola and Tajnagar thence along the western revenue boundary of village Fazilpur Badli, Farukhnagar thence along northern revenue boundary of village Sarbasirpur, thence along western revenue boundary of village Mubarikpur thence along northern revenue boundary of village Mubarikpur, Jhanjrola, Iqbalpur, Mankrola, Budhera, Kherki Majra, Dhankot, Daultabad, Dharampur, Babupur, thence along western revenue boundary of village Chauma khera, thence along southern and western revenue boundary village Bajghera, thence along northern revenue boundary of village Bajghera Chauma khera, Carterpuri, Dundahera, Nathupur, thence along eastern revenue boundary of village Nathupur, Sikenderpur Ghosi upto point ‘B’ where boundary of village Sikenderpur Ghosi and Chakarpur meets.
East :- Thence moving from point ‘B’ towards south along the eastern revenue boundary of village Chakarpur, Wazirabad, Haiderpur viran, Gual-Pahari, Balola, Bandhwari upto point ‘C’ where it meets with revenue boundary of village Rojka Gujjar.
South :- Thence moving from point ‘C’ towards west along the southern revenue boundary of village Bandhwari, Behramur, Kadarpur, Bhondsi, Tikli, Gairatpur Bas, Badgujar, Nainwal, thence along eastern and southern revenue boundary of village Kherki, thence along southern revenue boundary of village Baghanki, thence along eastern revenue boundary of village Langra, thence along eastern and southern revenue boundary of village Udepuri upto point ‘D’ where boundary of village Udepuri and Pathreri meets.
West :- Thence moving from point ‘D’ towards south along the eastern, southern and western revenue boundary of village Pathreri, thence along southern and western revenue boundary of village Bilaspur and thence moving towards north along the western revenue boundary of village Binola, Fazalwas, Fakharpur, Tatarpur, Jamalpur and thence along southern revenue boundary of village Sanpka, Jatola, thence towards north along western revenue boundary village Jatola upto point ‘A’ i.e. the starting point.
Gurugram Metropolitan Area shall comprise the whole of the area specified in Schedule II as below;
(A) Complete area falling with in all the controlled area forming the following development plans:
(i) All the controlled area forming Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex, Development Plan 2031 AD; notified vide Haryana Gazette Notification No. CCP(NCR)/FDP-2031/GGN/2012/3541, dated 15 November,2012.
(ii) The parts of controlled area of the Farukhnagar Draft Development Plan; notified vide Haryana Gazette Notification No. CCP(NCR)/GGN/FGR/DDP-2031/2012/2660, dated 21 August,2012, within the revenue estate of villages as listed below;
1. Farukhnagar
2. Sarbasirpur
3. Fazilpur Badli (Part)
4. Jaduala
5. Mubarikpur
6. Jhanjrola
7. Sultanpur (Part)
8. Saidpur Mohammadpur (Part)
9. Iqbalpur
10. Kaliawas (Part)
11. Makrola (Part)
12. Budhera (Part)
(iii) All the controlled area forming part of Gwal Pahari, Bandhwari and Balola Development Plan; notified vide Haryana Gazette Notification No. CCP(NCR)/FDP/(GP)/GGN/2010/3833, dated 6 December, 2010.
(iv) The parts of Controlled area of the Sohna Development Plan notified vide Haryana Gazette Notification No. CCP(NCR)/FDP-2031/GGN-SHN/2012/3543, dated 15 November, 2012, within the revenue estate of villages as listed below; 1. Gwal phari (Part)
(v) The parts of controlled area of the Pataudi-Haily Mandi Development Plan notified vide Haryana Gazette Notification No. CCP(NCR)/GGN/FDP-2031/PTD-HMD/2013/308, dated 28 January, 2013, within the revenue estate of villages as listed below:– 1. Jatola

5. Mokalwas (Part)

7. Chandla Dungarwas
