Tightening of windings Not Required. Transformers are provided with auto tightening system inside.
Testing of Magnetic Circuit (Core)
Brought out on tank. Health of core can be checked without opening the transformer
Buchholz relay sensitivity
Conforming to IS-‐2026. Care has been taken to install buchholz pipeline. 5D& 3D dimensions are
maintained
Residual Drain Plug Can empty total oil and removal of sludge after 15-‐20 years
Core Tested at 5 KV (Magnetically a stronger transformer)
Oil leakage Non-‐existing, as joint-‐less gaskets are used.
Warranty against manufacturing defects 18/24 months

The most important step once the transfomer is made is to check all it’s paramters by conducting various tests on it. All our testing is done in-‐house with a state of art facility. These are basic test we perfom on the trasnfomer
