Harmony 3 State Reports

Running the state reports is very similar to the way it has always been in Harmony 2.We will continue to create the reports according to the files found on the Learning Connection.

To run state reports in Harmony 3

Reports are on the left

Select a report

Select the students for the reportThe RT and the ME report will run on all students whether you select them or not.

You can name the report what you wantI would suggest you naming RT reports with dates and saving it.

Run the report

When the report is finished these links will appear. It should be a lot faster than in Harmony 2.

You will need to save the report to an safe and secure place. Please retain them in case they are needed by other agencies such as the State Board of Accounts or the DOE.

The reports will run much faster because they are being run on the server. Since they are on the server you can run many of them for all your buildings at once. They are exactly the same as the reports you have always run in Harmony.

Harmony 3At this time there are no error reports in Harmony 3. But if you get errors on data you can easily find those.
