the project | The Harlow Hotel was originally built as The Harlow Block in 1882 for entrepreneur and city of Troutdale founder, Captain John Harlow.
After decades of disrepair, the building is being fully renovated and will open once again under the Harlow name by a local Portland hotelier. The hotel will feature 25 rooms that will be marketed at a mid-range price point

the north park blocks | The North Park Blocks form a city park in downtown Portland, just one block West from the intersection of the Pearl District and Old Town / Chinatown neighborhoods.
In recent years, the North Park Blocks have experienced a renaissance. Upscale condominiums and creative commercial buildings have replaced vacant or underutilized buildings. The crown jewels are the new campus for the Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA), located in a former Post Office building, and upcoming remodel of the US Custom House for WeWork’s Portland outpost.
